Unifying Borders: Boosties Amplify Unity with Beatswork, a Dynamic Samba Experience for 600 Participants!

Asia Ability had the remarkable opportunity to facilitate a Beatswork session for Boost!, a major online payments provider. A total of 600 delegates, affectionately known as Boosties, spanned two countries in this simultaneous live event. Engaging with 500 participants in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and an additional 100 in Indonesia, the clients objective was clear: to unify these sizable groups through the powerful shared experience of creating a single cohesive Samba ensemble.

Executing this endeavor was no small feat. Imagine orchestrating the synchronization of two substantial groups virtually, ensuring they moved and grooved as one harmonious unit. To accomplish this, we enlisted the expertise of two lead facilitators, or Sambistas, directing operations in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, respectively. Facilitating seamless communication between these sessions were our support facilitators and high-quality video links, guaranteeing a cohesive Samba experience that transcended geographical boundaries.

Beatswork holds enduring appeal for a reason. We initiated proceedings with spirited rhythmic warm-ups, fostering synchronization with the infectious Samba rhythm. Participants then transitioned to hands-on engagement with authentic instruments, mastering unique beats and rhythms within their groups. In Beatswork, every individual contributes to the ensemble, fostering a sense of unity even among the most reserved participants. As the grand finale approaches, the culmination is nothing short of magical—a high-energy crescendo leaving participants infused with camaraderie long after the final beat fades.
